I have been working with David for more than 3 years. At first I was nervous to hire an additional installer but it was necessary.  I quickly learned that working with David, my drapery is in good hands. He is an excellent installer. To be more specific David listens to everything I have to say regarding my installations and I am very particular. He is always professional when going to my client's homes, If there is a problem he will privately call me to discuss what the issue is and we have always had success in getting it resolved.  He will first work to solve the problem on his own which is 90% of the time.  He takes pride in his work and it shows. David is never in a rush to get to the next job, leaving a job that still needs attention. He carefully dresses the drapery and makes absolutely sure that everything is as perfect as he can get it.  I have full confidence that if I cannot show up for my client's installation I have nothing to worry about, because I have full confidence in him.  What I also like about David is he will call me and give me advice to make things more efficient or better and I truly appreciate that.  He even sends photos of the drapery if I am unable to make it to the installation.  All my clients are always complimenting David which gives me peace of mind, so if you are concerned, look no further David is the installer for your job!
